Born 1964 in Eidsberg, Norway. Novelist, librarian, and filmmaker. Known for I Belong (2012), Beware of Children (2019), and Dreams (Sex Love) (2024). His films balance humor with ethical inquiry. Winner of multiple Amanda Awards and the Nordic Council Film Prize
Synopsis
Johanne falls in love with her teacher and records her fantasies and feelings in writing. Together with her mother and grandmother, they debate the literary potential and whether to publish it
